GuardMagic tanker system is an advanced GPS vehicle tracker with the additional feature of integrating high precision fuel sensors to monitor levels in the trailer compartments. This innovative solution seeks to achieve three main objectives: Guard function, Navigation function, and Monitoring function.

The guard function is the ability for the system to be programmed for authorized driver operations only. This feature integrates driver tagging system as well as connection to existing car alarm system. Through this function, management teams will always receive updates of active driver operating the truck as well as receive alarms on unauthorized vehicle usage and provides for vehicle immobilization function. This function also implements crash sensors to detect overturned tankers and send alarm.

Navigation function aids route planners direct movement of vehicle through PC based interface that is web based and accessible anywhere in the world. Here, the route followed and historical trip data can be viewed as well as the possibility to enter new routes and geofence specific locations.

High precision digital sensors which can be adapted for any compartment height are used to provide the monitoring function for the system. A microprocessor and digital filter are used to ensure accurate level reading of the fuel in each compartment despite the truck movement. Installation of the sensors follows stringent guidelines to ensure ATEX compliance as well as accuracy in the measuring and reporting. Threshold values for fill and drain events are programmable by management to receive alarms during draining or filling of any of the compartments.
